- 3 endives
- 1 medium head radicchio
- 2 cups sliced white button or cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop greens and place in large salad bowl. Add mushrooms and walnuts and toss well.
- Comnine lemon juice and oil. Drizzle over salad and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.
