2 tbs butter
1 medium onion
2 cups zucchini, chopped
1 1/2 cups kohlrabi bulbs peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 1/2 cups milk (can be anything from skim to whole)
2 1/2 cups stock or broth
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in pan, add onions and cook on low until soft. Then add kohlrabi and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
Add milk, stock, bay leaf, and garlic and bring to a boil. Cook on low for 20 minutes or until kohlrabi and zucchini is soft.
Turn off heat and let col (5-10 min). Then blend add in batches in blender. Then serve!
